Hill site for paragliders and hanggliders

Instruction and registration with IG Vogelberg is absolutely necessary.

The Vogelberg is an attractive slope terrain with 150 m height difference of the IG Vogelberg. It is a slope. The wind must be exactly on the slope. The launch conditions are demanding. Briefing and registration is required for all pilots! Problem: High trees in the lower slope. Therefore only launches with perfect downwind conditions. Access via Kirchendemenreuth. Guest regulation: Either a yearly Viniette at a value of 140.- €, or a daily membership of 10.- €. This includes a free return service for cross-country flights, as well as the use of the shelter at the launch site. The owner of an annual viniette is automatically a member of the community of interest Vogelberg.

1. top landings are only allowed on the area above the take-off site.
2. for top landings the pilots need a briefing by the terrain owner.
3. persons in the area of the take-off and top landing area must not be endangered by top landings.
