Instruction required

1. since a power line passes north of the take-off area, take-offs may only take place if the highest wind speed at the take-off area does not exceed 20 km/h. Attention must be paid to the increase in wind speed when the take-off area is "banked".
2. a distance of 50 m from the centerline of the 110 KV overhead line must be maintained. The line must not be flown over.
4. the vegetation at the take-off and landing areas must be protected and maintained.
