Practice slope of the Wasserkuppe flying school and the Rhön hang gliding and paragliding club for GS. Always check with the Wasserkuppe flight school before starting flight operations.

1. motor vehicles must not be parked on the meadow areas.
2. the ascent to the launch site is via a hiking trail that starts at the "Kriegerdenkmal". Alternatively, the ascent can be made via the middle slope area, which is largely free of woods.
3. the row of bushes outside of hiking trails may not be entered.
4. the rules of the "Haltergemeinschaft Rhöner Drachen- und Gleitschirmflieger e.V. / Flugschule Papillon" must be observed.
5. the area is suitable for training flights with paragliders. Hang gliding is not permitted.
