Hill site for paragliders and hanggliders

a) Take-off area Hexenkessel-Kreuzjoch:
1. When the chairlift is in operation, no flight operations may be carried out for safety reasons.
2. take-offs in northerly winds may only be carried out up to a wind speed of 15 km/h.
3. it must be ensured that the row of trees in front is flown over with sufficient safety distance.
4. during take-off, if possible, ensure that the take-off direction is straight, as there are obstacles to the left and right of the take-off area.
5. during training operations, an instructor must always be present at the take-off site, as a safety landing outside is not possible for student pilots.
b) Take-off area Tröglhang:
1. flight operations must be suspended in critical weather conditions.
2. a sufficient safety distance must be maintained from the cableway and the safety net with masts on the right side of the take-off area.
3. in order to protect the legally protected alpine pastures, take-offs should be made from the gravel areas immediately adjacent to the pastures.
4. training operations may only be carried out with two flight instructors.
c) Take-off site Kandahar-Kreuzjoch:
5. flight operations must be suspended in critical weather conditions.
6. sufficient safety distance must be maintained from the cableway and the safety net with masts on the right side of the take-off area.
7. in order to protect the legally protected alpine pastures, take-offs should be made from the gravel areas immediately adjacent to the pastures.
8. training operations may only be carried out with one flight instructor at each take-off and landing site.
