2. flight operations may only be carried out by pilots with a license (at least a restricted pilot's license). Tandem operation and training operation is not permitted. After one year, a report on flight operations must be submitted to the DHV. Thereafter, a new decision will be made regarding tandem and training operations.
The take-off area is to be laid out in accordance with the "Landespflegerischer Fachbeitrag" (pages 16-19). Changes to the terrain may only be made in consultation with the Lower State Conservation Authority (Rhine-Lahn District).
