1. all pilots need a briefing on the terrain. Pilots must be made aware of possible dangers (including the danger of turbulence in the aisle, landing on the Lahn River).
2. flight operations may only be carried out by pilots with a license (at least a restricted pilot's license). Tandem operation and training operation is not permitted. After one year, a report on flight operations must be submitted to the DHV. Thereafter, a new decision will be made regarding tandem and training operations.
The take-off area is to be laid out in accordance with the "Landespflegerischer Fachbeitrag" (pages 16-19). Changes to the terrain may only be made in consultation with the Lower State Conservation Authority (Rhine-Lahn District).
