Located behind the Gerlos Pass in the Pinzgau, the Wildkogel offers a beautiful and easy flying field for everyone and an optimal take-off possibility for distance pilots. Zell am See is only 50 km away as the crow flies. Of course, those who are able to do so do not drive this distance by car but by paraglider. The Pinzgau, with its wide valley and many excellent outdoor landing possibilities, is an ideal place to start distance flying. Even inexperienced cross-country flying crackers like to come to the Pinzgau because of the excellent flying conditions and the good infrastructure. In front of the Great Venetian, every flight becomes an experience, whether you find thermals or finally glide. And all this without stress. Indeed, the take-off and landing areas offer enough space for you to make polyester.
